Half Bath & Laundry Room
One of the things that was wicked important to me was to move the laundry area from the creepy basement upstairs. I would have preferred it on the 2nd floor, but there was no space so we made the ½ bath with laundry.

Tub gone... and floor below the tub rotted out
And what does one with the bath tub when you remove it? Put it in the front yard with a puppy dog in it of course! The sad thing is someone actually stopped and asked if they could have it...
